Maami
Maami produced by Tunde Kelani is a story about Kashimawo (Wole Ojo) and his mother (Funke Akindele) who are very poor. Kashi longs for the father (Olumide Bakare) he has never known.
Kofo, the first lady
Disability doesn’t have to limit you when pursuing your ambitions and dreams. In this movie, Kofo (Lizzy Anjorin) became the first lady despite her erratic tendencies and father’s (Olumide Bakare reservations about having a public life. Other stars in the movie include Akin Lewis, Olarewanju Omiyinka (Ijesha), Adekola Tijani and Tayo Amokade (Ijebu) among others.
Gbogbolomo
A woman who keeps birthing girls prompted a chief (Olumide Bakare) to abandon his family. He married another woman who bore him a male child. Other co-stars include: Fausat Balogun, Gbenga Martins, Lateefat Balogun and Sekinat Roger
Last flight to Abuja
One of the best films of 2012. It was written by Tunde Bablola and directed and produced by Obi Emelonye. Bakare starred alongside Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, Jide Kosoko, Hakeem Kae-Kazim and Jim Iyke.
