Filmmaker/Critic Charles Novia may be bringing in the past to the present.The popular filmmaker today took to his Instagram to hint at the very possibility of his idea to awaken a movie produced almost 2 decades ago.
After Posting a DVD cover of a blockbuster he produced 14 years ago, Mr Novia relived working on what he termed, ‘A breezy romantic comedy, one of the early experiments in Nollywood with that genre’ titled ‘The Bridesmaid’, the film featured Stella Damasus, Kate Henshaw and Richard Mofe Damijo as the lead and if anything Mr Novia says is to go by with 'nollywood remakes' becoming more and more of a thing, we just may get the 'Bridesmaid remake' with a fresh new cast next year.
